The room cleaning staff were wonderful. They always provided excellent service. The front door staff helped a lot with taxis. They offered advice for days out. The room service food we ordered was excellent.

The Italian restaurant was closed for a private party. It was disappointing because our stay was short. The breakfast restaurant was much too busy. It felt cold.

I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service, and the hotel was very clean. The team at the Club Lounge was attentive. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed. It really added a luxurious touch to my stay. I am so grateful for this experience.

I had some challenges in getting room amenities such as toiletries on time. This was a minor inconvenience, but attention to this detail would enhance guest satisfaction. I hope for it.
